How it works, and how to get your token
You upload videos here and choose how often to post. The site uploads them to your Facebook Page one by one. To do that it needs permission from your Facebook account, which you give by creating a small "app" in Meta's developer site and pasting four values into Settings. It takes about 5 minutes, it's free, and no approval from Meta is required because the app only touches your own page.
Step 1. Create the app
- Go to developers.facebook.com/apps/creation and log in with the Facebook account that is admin of your page.
- App name: anything, e.g. My Poster. Contact email: yours. Click Next.
- On the Use cases screen, click the filter Content management on the left and tick Manage everything on your Page. Next.
- Business: choose I don't want to connect a business portfolio yet. Next, Next, then Create app.
Step 2. App ID and App Secret
- In the app dashboard, left menu: App settings → Basic.
- Copy App ID and App Secret (click Show). Paste both into Settings here.
Step 3. Access token
- Open developers.facebook.com/tools/explorer.
- Right side, Meta App: choose the app you just made.
- User or Page: choose Get Page Access Token. In the popup pick Opt in to current Pages only, tick your page, Continue, leave every switch on, Save, Got it.
- If a Businesses screen appears and won't let you continue, close it, remove
business_managementfrom the permission list (click its ×) and click Generate Access Token again. - Make sure the permission list contains
pages_manage_posts,pages_read_engagementandpages_show_list. - Click the copy icon next to the long token and paste it into Settings as Access token.
Page ID can be left empty. When you press Connect & save the site looks up your page, and turns the 1-hour token into a permanent one using your App ID and Secret.
Step 4. Upload and relax
Drop videos on the Dashboard. They post one every N minutes in the order shown. To publish a specific
video at a specific moment, set its date & time in the queue. Captions come from your template
({name}, {part}, {day}, {episode} are filled from the file name)
unless you write one for that video.
How often is safe?
- Normal videos have no fixed daily cap, but Facebook's spam system cuts reach or restricts pages that post hundreds of times a day. Most creators stay under 20 to 30 posts a day.
- Reels through the API are capped at 30 per 24 hours per page.
- Copyrighted footage gets matched by Rights Manager regardless of how it's uploaded.
Privacy
Your token and App Secret are stored only to post on your behalf, are never shown to other users, and are deleted when you press Disconnect. Videos are deleted from the server as soon as they are posted.
